Smallwares Shipping
When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A non-insulated proofer and holding cabinet for holding hot and fresh food and proofing dough
Sierra's SHPN is a mobile non-insulated proofer / holding heater cabinet with a capacity of up to 36 full-size (18" x 26") sheet pans with 1.5-inch clearance between the slides. This model is NSF-approved and functions to hold warm or hot food products until they're ready to be served to customers.
It has a heat mode with 9 adjustable settings, up to 185° Fahrenheit (85° Celsius) and a proof mode that can adjust the humidity between 30% and 100% up to 115° Fahrenheit (46.1° Celsius). There's an integrated, easy-to-read LED display on the bottom control drawer, which can also be removed for easy cleaning. The cabinet has an air baffle and circulating air blower, which provide uniform heat distribution throughout the unit.
The SHPN features a polycarbonate field-reversible door with an aluminum frame that lifts off for convenient cleaning and accessibility. The proofer has a heavy-duty, all-welded construction with casters and corner bumpers to prevent itself and other equipment from being damaged.
This product comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
