Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.

9.5" stainless steel tongs with a silicone coating that protects the user from high heat

The Browne 74708602 are a pair of 9.5" stainless steel tongs with a spring hinge that are coated in black silicone. The silicone allows these tongs to be used in high heat settings (anywhere from 232° to 260° Celsius / 450° to 500° Fahrenheit / ). Additionally, silicone is more delicate and better for handling certain foods that might change colour from touching metal.

Almost every commercial kitchen or restaurant has a pair of tongs, whether it be to serve vegetables or meat. When purchasing a pair of tongs you'll want to consider what you'll be using them for. For example, if you plan on reaching over a large hot surface, longer tongs might be more ideal than shorter ones, and so on.
