When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

9.5" heat-resistant utility tongs that prevent the user from getting burned
These Winco tongs are constructed of a one-piece strip of stainless steel and have a bright PVC coating. As a one-piece unit, the tongs don't need a spring to force them back open.
Almost every restaurant has a pair of tongs; whether it be for serving vegetables or meat. Thanks to their colour coding, chefs and kitchen staff can rest assured knowing what tongs are meant to be used where (e.g. red tongs for red meat, blue tongs for seafood, green tongs for vegetables, etc.).
It's important that when purchasing tongs, you'll want to consider not only what you'll be using the tongs for, but where you'll be using them. These tongs range from 9 to 16 inches. The longer lengths are more suitable for reaching over hot services, such as a griddle. The shorter lengths may not be as suitable for cooking on a hot surface and are better for, say, scooping vegetables out of a food container.
