When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A fryer with 42-pound oil capacity and pressure-activated cover-locking mechanism made in USA
The Broaster 1800E is an electric floor model pressure deep fryer designed specifically for high-output production, capable of cooking up to 40 pieces of fresh bone-in chicken in 10 minutes (depending on the weight). The cooking well has a oil capacity of 42 pounds. For safety and easy use, it has a pressure-activated cover-locking mechanism with fast single-action opening and closing sealing. It is available with either 208 or 240 volts.
This model has a fully-welded round cooking well constructed from series 300 stainless steel for more even heat distribution, meaning no cold spots. It has a large capacity for taking more product, but also reducing sticking. The Auto Comp feature can adjust the cooking time automatically depending on loads' size and temperature, and the automatic cook cycle counter will monitor the cooking process between filtering.
The controls have a full-colour 7-inch VGA touch screen with an easy-to-use menu and large library of menu items. The model also has a built-in filter system, so there are no heated fittings to disconnect.
The Broaster 1800E comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty on all systems, an additional 1 year on controller parts, and a 10-year repair warranty for the cooking well.
