Smallwares Shipping
When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A commercial fryer with a 40-lb oil capacity and 4 electrical options
The Omcan CE-CN-0040 is a commercial-quality, electric floor fryer with a 40-pound oil capacity. It's available in 4 electrical configurations: the 47740 has 208 volts, 12kW, 1 phase, and 58 amps; the 47331 has 208 volts, 12kW, 3 phases, 34 amps; the 47739 has 240 volts, 14kW, 1 phase, and 59 amps; and the 44591 has 240 volts, 14kW, 3 phases, and 34 amps.
The fryer has a stainless steel front, pot, and galvanized sides. The controls are simple - there's just an on/off power switch. There's a 14-kW flat heating element to promote an even heat transfer. The fryer has a deep cold-zone with a forward-sloping bottom, and an oil draining extension.
This product comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
