Where are we located?
Our head office is located in Moncton, New Brunswick, but we have distribution warehouses all across Canada. We have warehouses in British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and many in Ontario. Almost all of our items (with a couple exceptions) ship from Canada, so you don't have to worry about excessive shipping rates or duties and brokerage.
Please note: all of our items are not stocked in all of our warehouses, so if you're looking for an item closest to you, please contact us. For instance, if you're in the market for a cooler, but want to know which of our coolers are stocked in Ontario -- give us a call!
Do we accept returns?
Yes. But because we sell commercial equipment, returns can be a hassle. There is often a shipping charge and a restocking fee (depending on the manufacturer). That's why we want to ensure that you buy the correct item the first time. If you're ever in doubt about which item you want to buy, just give us a call and we'd love to help you out.
That being said, we understand that mistakes can be made when ordering, or an item might not meet your needs. We stand behind our products because we know that our reputation is on the line when we sell you equipment. We're going to do everything we can to ensure your business succeeds with the equipment we sell you.
